My name is Janelle and I am the person behind most administrative work here are CCS like provider onboarding, marketing design & posting, credentialing and compliance management, & new client scheduling.

When I'm not at CCS, I'm helping other private practice therapists in Washington State with denial management and administrative catch up work. I've been in all kinds of roles from collegiate athletic coaching, non-profit administration, or in mental health practice leadership, the part I loved most was when the people are the priority, their best came along with them. On a personal note, I've called Seattle home for almost 10 years now! I love being outside, walking places, coffee, and finding those places that fit the vibe.
