My name is Kristy and I work with individuals (21+) and believe in the power of therapy to instill hope and support reconnection to the self. It is a place where you can be heard and seen in a way that you likely do not experience in life. I enjoy working with empty nester aged, sandwich generation folks, and am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. 

My style is integrative- bridging the mind, body, spirit. My area of expertise is in Somatic Therapy which supports clients to attune to their nervous system and release and manage chronic stress. Memories, beliefs, and stress get locked into the autonomic nervous system. We cannot think our way out of traumatic or generalized stress. An integrative therapy approach engages all aspects of you- your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, intuition, impulses, and physiological sensations. 

Additional specialties include Psychedelic Integration (in AZ), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (in AZ), Solution-Focused and Internal Family Systems (parts-work). With support, I believe that change is possible at any stage of life! We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and deepen the self-discovery process with a combination of mindfulness, cognitive, and somatic approaches. Tools I may bring into our work can include the Enneagram, movement and values identification. My 30 years of professional experience has given me a rich perspective about the human journey and the nature of resiliency. I am humbled to do this work.
