My name is Jerry Carmichael and I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Washington State, Florida, and California. I am passionate about meeting individuals (18+) where they are in their journey. Together, we approach goals from a solution-focused mindset that aims to identify simple, real-world approaches that can be integrated into day to day life.

My ideal client is anyone looking to face and overcome stressors, depression, anxiety, anger issues, addictions, and/or crisis of faith. I have ten plus years of experience helping clients face and overcome life's struggles.

I aim to meet everyone where they are in their life journey by providing a warm, calm, and judgment free space to share hurts, hopes, and much more. My primary therapy styles are Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These forms of therapy are designed to address needs in a practical and time-efficient manner. I also work from a person-centered, attachment and strengths based perspective with clients.
