My name is Jerry Carmichael and I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in Washington State, Florida, California, and South Carolina (telehealth only). I am passionate about meeting individuals (18+) where they are in their journey. Together, we approach goals from a solution-focused mindset that aims to identify simple, real-world approaches that can be integrated into day to day life.

My ideal client is anyone looking to face and overcome stressors, depression, anxiety, anger issues, addictions, and/or crisis of faith. I have 12+ years of experience helping clients face and overcome life's struggles.

I aim to meet everyone where they are in their life journey by providing a warm, calm, and judgment free space to share hurts, hopes, and much more. My primary therapy styles are Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These forms of therapy are designed to address needs in a practical and time-efficient manner. I also work from a person-centered, attachment and strengths based perspective with clients.

I enjoy working with college students, blue collar men and women, first responders, business owners, executives & entrepreneurs, active and former military, college athletes (current & former) because I have been in the arena or closely linked with it. Outside of session, I enjoy spending time outdoors, putting my background in construction to use helping friends with random projects, and according to my wife, being way too obsessed with pro football.
