Hi! My name is Victoria and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who sees individuals (17+). I have experience working with clients 17+ in higher levels of care, community mental health, and outpatient settings focusing on eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I have experience working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community and am open to working with individuals of any gender identity or sexual orientation. I received my MS in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Psychology from West Chester University of PA.

I take a mindfulness-informed CBT, ACT, and humanistic approach to talk therapy to help encourage you to explore your beliefs, feelings, and experiences to learn more about yourself and who you would like to authentically be. I strive to create a warm and safe environment for clients to delve into their inner workings to build a stronger connection with themselves and the world around them.

A first appointment together will include an introductory session to get to know each other and see if we can be a good fit! You will be provided a space to share about your lived experiences and what you are hoping to work on and build towards in a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
