I am Jessica Numsuwankijkul, a Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist licensed in Washington State. With experience in both private practice and community mental health, I specialize in supporting adults (18+) as they navigate life's transitions. My approach integrates skills-based and psychodynamic therapies, founded on the belief that personal growth is enhanced by examining both internal experiences and external systemic influences.

My therapeutic framework is integrative, drawing from narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophies. I am also a certified DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) therapist. For in-person work, I encourage clients to explore through non-verbal means in addition to talk therapy and make available interventions from music and art therapies. 

I provide a warm and empathetic environment for clients addressing depression, anxiety, and grief. I am particularly dedicated to assisting individuals with perinatal mental health concerns, including fertility issues and pregnancy loss, and those experiencing race-based traumatic stress (RBTS) or feelings of "otherness." My aim is for clients to conclude our work feeling more grounded, understood and empowered.
